We are a team of car enthusiasts who share an interest in automotive styling, color, and customization.

Why We Started RAXTiFY

RAXTiFY began with a question we kept asking whenever we looked at a car:

What else could this become?

A black BMW could become pink. A red Corvette could become midnight purple. A daily driver could turn into a satin, chrome, color-shift, or completely custom build.

We wanted more freedom to experiment with color and more ways for car owners to turn an idea in their head into something they could actually drive.

Color PPF combines the visual transformation of a colored automotive film with the physical protection associated with TPU paint protection film. It is designed for owners who want color, gloss, and surface protection in a single material.

Our Color PPF range includes traditional colors as well as metallic and specialty finishes, giving owners another option beyond conventional clear PPF or vinyl wrap.

Our Experience With Automotive Vinyl Wrap

Vinyl wrap is more than a color layer. Film construction, adhesive behavior, surface finish, heat response, stretch, and installation technique all affect the final result. Understanding Calendared Vinyl

RAXTiFY primarily works with calendared automotive vinyl, so we understand both its advantages and its limitations. Calendared film can provide excellent color depth, a wide range of specialty finishes, and strong value, but good installation depends on proper tension management, controlled heat, panel planning, and realistic stretch.

We do not believe more heat or more stretch automatically produces a better result. Deep recesses, compound curves, sharp edges, and highly stretched areas require careful technique and, in some cases, a different installation approach.

Working With Different Wrap Finishes

Not every vinyl finish behaves the same way.

A standard gloss wrap can be relatively forgiving, while chrome, satin chrome, metallic, color-shift, and textured films usually require more attention to heat, stretch, panel direction, and surface handling.

We evaluate each finish for what makes it different rather than treating every wrap as the same product in a different color.

A wrap can look very different under direct sunlight, shade, indoor lighting, and different viewing angles.

We examine color depth, gloss, metallic particles, pearl effects, texture, and color-shift behavior under multiple lighting conditions. For specialty finishes, we pay particular attention to how the appearance changes across curved vehicle panels.

Adhesive and Installation Testing

We evaluate how the film behaves during positioning, repositioning, squeegeeing, and air release.
