Shipping Terms

1. We ship under Incoterms: DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means the prices on our website do not include any taxes. Please contact us if you need assistance with customs clearance.

2. Our standard shipping time is 5-10 business days, with an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. In the event of unexpected circumstances such as holidays, warehouse overflow, address issues, delivery failures, or customs clearance, etc. it may take an additional 2-3 business days or more to fulfill your order.  We will make every effort to resolve any delivery issues promptly and appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Customers from EU countries require tax number.
