Q: How is the adhesive strength of your vinyl wrap?
A: Our vinyl wrap features low initial tack and high long-term adhesion.

Low Initial Tack → This means the vinyl is easy to reposition during installation, reducing the risk of wrinkles and bubbles. You can slide and adjust it before applying firm pressure.
- High Long-Term Adhesion → Once properly applied and post-heated, the adhesive strengthens over time, ensuring a secure and durable bond that resists peeling, lifting, and environmental wear.
Q: Does your wrap come with a protective layer on top?
A: Yes!
- Only full rolls (59ft) of gloss vinyl wraps come with a protective film on the surface to prevent scratches during storage and shipping.
- For smaller, pre-cut pieces of glossy vinyl, the protective film is removed before shipping to ensure a smooth surface without air bubbles or creases. This does not affect the quality of the vinyl.
- All matte/ Satin vinyl wraps do not have a protective film, as their surface is naturally resistant to minor scratches and does not require additional protection.
Q. What's The Warranty for RAXTiFY Wrap?
A: For most colors, we offer a 2-year warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as damaged, incomplete or mistaken (i.e. we sent the wrong product) by RAXTiFY, which may be replaced, exchanged or returned for a full refund at our sole discretion. Please be prepared to photograph any items that fall into the categories described above. In any such case where we require the product to be sent back to our warehouse, we will send you a return shipping label which can be affixed to the package and returned via the selected carrier. The order will be refunded minus any applicable fees (if necessary) upon our reception of the product.
Q: How Long Does RAXTiFY Wrap Last?
A: RAXTiFY Car Wraps are durable and to be used for 2 to 3 years. In our experience, we recommend that wraps be removed within 3 years for a quick and clean wrap removal, otherwise, vehicle wrap removal costs can increase substantially due to the extra labour involved.

Q: What is Your Shipping Timeframe?

A: We ship from our factory in China. This allows us to reduce costs and offer you the best prices without sacrificing quality. Our products are made to the highest industry standards, so you can shop confidently.
Q: Customs fee and taxes?
A: Based on which country you are in, the duty or customs fee will differ and unfortunately, we have no way of knowing the amount which they may charge you. As mentioned, we cannot determine or cover them.
Please note that customs payments are non-refundable and under the customer's responsibility. International orders that are refused due to customs and delivered back to us are subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
Q: Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
A: Some countries charge import duties and taxes on international shipments. While we take steps to help reduce potential charges where possible, customs policies vary, and the final decision is made by customs authorities. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

About Wrapping
Q: Will A Vehicle Wrap Damage My Paint?
A: No. A properly installed vehicle wrap will not damage factory paint jobs that are in good condition. Please note that vehicle wrap film does not stick to rust or textured plastic surfaces. If your vehicle has rust, chipped paint, peeling paint, an after market clear coat or after-market vehicle paint an auto wrap may pull the paint or clear coat off when removed.
Q: Do I Have To Wash My Vehicle Before Installation?
A: Yes. All vehicles must be free of dust, mud, wax, oil and other contaminants that may prevent the vinyl from adhering directly to the vehicle paint surface during the installation process.

Q. How To Wrap Your Car?
A: To wrap your car, clean the surface thoroughly, ensuring it's free of dirt and wax. Measure and cut the vinyl wrap to fit the vehicle's panels. Apply the wrap carefully, smoothing out any air bubbles for a seamless finish. Trim excess material and heat-set the wrap for a secure and durable fit.
Q: After Wrapping The Car, What Should I Notice?
- Don’t run at high speed just after car wraps installation.
Just wrapping the vinyl car wrap, the glue has not fully adhered, running at high speed, the air pressure is very high, and the film is easy to shift after the displacement can not be restored, you can only tear off the re-sticker
- Do not wash the car within seven days of wrapping the film.
The reason is also because the glue is not fully bonded. The high-pressure water gun used when washing the car makes it easy to wash the corners. It is necessary to wait for seven days after the glue is completely bonded.
- Do not use industrial cleaning machines or glue removers to remove surface stains, use special maintenance solutions.
We recommend using the special maintenance solution for the car wraps. The film maintenance solution is currently using the Madic technology. If there are pollutants or corrosive substances fall on it. The maintenance liquid can isolate the pollutants. If it has not been maintained before, the car wrap maintenance liquid can also clean the stains.
- Keep away from air-conditioning water and sprinklers.
Air conditioner water and sprinkler water both contain acid corrosives. Because the car wrap has colour, once it is corroded, there will be patches of spots, which are much more obvious than the invisible car clothes. This is problem of a color difference. We can't avoid encountering things like acid rain and bird droppings, but when you see air conditioners and sprinklers, you can try to stay away.
