Return& Refund Policy
To qualify for a return, you must meet these requirements:
1. Return must be within 7 days of receiving your product.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with LOT numbers on it, or the item may be subject to a non refund.
3. To request a return, you need to send a reclamation letter to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your letter should contain a detailed explanation of the problem, photos/videos, and order numbers.
4. We do not refund the shipping cost.
5. We will not be covering shipping and Taxes on returns.
6. All full roll returns are processed with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
For special order full roll purchases there is a nonrefundable $250 fee. This fee will be withheld in addition to the 20% restocking fee for any special order full roll returns.
7. Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match to a previous order. RAXTiFY is always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products. RAXTiFY does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
