All RAXTiFY products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined the suitability of the products for its intended purpose and application.

RAXTiFY products are warranted to be free from defects in material at the time of delivery and within the applicable shelf-life period, provided the products have been stored, handled, and used under proper conditions. In the event that a product defect is reported within the applicable period, RAXTiFY will review the claim, determine whether a defect exists, and at its sole discretion, either replace the defective product without charge or issue compensation in an amount deemed reasonable by RAXTiFY.

Such remedy shall be the buyer’s exclusive remedy and shall constitute the sole obligation of RAXTiFY. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper storage, improper handling, misuse, incorrect installation, surface contamination, transportation damage, or damage caused by environmental conditions, chemicals, cleaning methods, or other factors beyond RAXTiFY’s control.

Under no circumstances shall RAXTiFY be liable for labor costs, installation or removal costs, indirect damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, or any other losses arising from the use of its products.
