RAXTiFY Warranty Policy
At RAXTiFY, we stand behind the quality of our vinyl wraps and paint protection films. Our warranty policy is designed to give customers confidence when purchasing from us, while also clearly explaining what is covered, what is not covered, and how to submit a warranty claim.
This warranty applies to eligible RAXTiFY products purchased directly from RAXTiFY.
Our Warranty Commitment
RAXTiFY is committed to providing high-quality car wrap films, color vinyl wraps, custom wraps, and paint protection films for vehicle customization. If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or has a confirmed material defect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to this warranty policy.
RAXTiFY Vinyl Wrap Warranty
Most RAXTiFY vinyl wraps include a 2-year limited warranty against confirmed product-related defects.
This limited warranty applies to the film material itself and does not cover installation service, installation mistakes, surface preparation issues, vehicle paint condition, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on product type, finish, color, usage conditions, and product page specifications.
What Our Warranty Covers
RAXTiFY’s limited warranty may cover the following situations after review and confirmation by our team:
- Product damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing or incomplete items
- Confirmed material defect
- Confirmed film or adhesive defect before installation
- Product issue verified by photos, videos, or returned material if required
If a warranty claim is approved, RAXTiFY may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution at our sole discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by factors outside of RAXTiFY’s control, including but not limited to:
- Improper installation
- DIY installation mistakes
- Bubbles, wrinkles, creases, lifting, or peeling caused by installation error
- Overstretching, overheating, or incorrect use of heat guns
- Improper storage, handling, cutting, or trimming
- Application on dirty, oily, rusty, repainted, damaged, or poorly prepared surfaces
- Surface contamination before or during installation
- Heat Damage, Sun Exposure, and Burn Marks
- Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, waxes, ceramic coatings, harsh cleaners, or improper washing
- Automatic car washes or high-pressure washing too close to the film edge
- Scratches, dents, rock chips, road debris, accidents, vandalism, or physical impact
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental exposure, extreme weather, prolonged UV exposure, salt, pollution, or other external conditions
- Color differences caused by lighting, photography, screen display, or production batch variation
- Paint damage, paint peeling, or clear coat failure during film removal
- Labor cost, installation cost, removal cost, reinstallation cost, or vehicle downtime
RAXTiFY does not guarantee that vinyl wrap removal will be damage-free on all vehicles. Paint condition, repaint quality, clear coat condition, installation method, removal method, and vehicle age can all affect the removal result.
Heat Damage, Sun Exposure, and Burn Marks
RAXTiFY’s limited warranty does not cover heat-related damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, overheating, heat guns, torches, open flame, engine heat, exhaust heat, reflective heat, concentrated sunlight, or other external heat sources.
Burn marks, scorching, melting, discoloration, shrinkage, gloss loss, lifting, bubbling, or adhesive failure caused by excessive heat are not considered material defects and are not covered under warranty.
Long-term fading, weathering, UV exposure, environmental exposure, and normal wear and tear are also not covered. If a product shows unusual discoloration, cracking, peeling, or adhesive failure under normal use within the warranty period, RAXTiFY may review the issue on a case-by-case basis to determine whether it is a confirmed material defect.
Special Finish Warranty Exclusions
Some specialty finish products are not eligible for RAXTiFY’s standard 2-year limited warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Satin Chrome vinyl wrap
- Matte Chrome vinyl wrap
- Mirror chrome vinyl wrap
- Carbon fiber vinyl wrap
- Other specialty texture or high-sensitivity finish films, unless otherwise stated on the product page
Installation and Removal Disclaimer
RAXTiFY sells film material. Unless otherwise stated in writing, RAXTiFY does not provide installation service and does not offer an installation warranty.
For the best result, we recommend professional installation by an experienced wrap installer. Proper surface preparation, post-heating, edge sealing, and maintenance are important for long-term performance.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their vehicle, surface, project, and installation environment before installation.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact RAXTiFY customer support with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Photos or videos showing the issue clearly
- A short description of the issue
- Date the issue was noticed
- Whether the film has been installed or not
- Installation date, if applicable
- Whether the film was installed by a professional installer or DIY
Please keep the product, packaging, and any affected material until the claim is resolved. In some cases, RAXTiFY may request that the product be returned for inspection. If a return is required and the issue is confirmed to be covered, we may provide a return shipping label.
Warranty Resolution
After reviewing your claim, RAXTiFY may provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
- Partial refund
- Store credit
- Other reasonable solution based on the situation
The final resolution will be determined by RAXTiFY after reviewing the evidence and confirming whether the issue is covered under this warranty policy.
Important Notes
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the eligible warranty period.
Installing, cutting, modifying, or using the product may affect warranty eligibility, especially if the issue could have been identified before installation.
RAXTiFY reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, unsupported by evidence, outside the warranty period, or caused by improper use, improper installation, or external conditions.

Does the warranty cover installation problems?

No. Paint damage during removal is not covered. The condition of the original paint, repaint quality, clear coat strength, installation method, and removal method can all affect the result.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact RAXTiFY customer support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage. Keep the packaging and product until the issue is resolved.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received. Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution.
Does the warranty cover fading or normal wear?
Normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, UV exposure, improper care, chemicals, and harsh washing methods are not covered. If you believe the issue is caused by a material defect, please contact us for review.
Do I need professional installation?
Professional installation is strongly recommended for full vehicle wraps and complex surfaces. Proper installation can improve appearance, durability, and long-term performance.
