For smaller, pre-cut pieces of glossy vinyl, the protective film is removed before shipping to ensure a smooth surface without air bubbles or creases. This does not affect the quality of the vinyl.

All matte/ Satin vinyl wraps do not have a protective film, as their surface is naturally resistant to minor scratches and does not require additional protection.

69ft = full roll + 10ft pre-cut
75ft = full roll + 16ft pre-cut

4. Products ordered separately may have slight color variations due to different color lots.

5. CAUTION! The images, colors, and finishes on the screen are approximate. For accuracy, refer to the color book or samples.

6. We prioritize sending films with PET backing liners. If unavailable, paper backing liners will be provided. Use a bubble remover/defoamer on the surface before applying for best results.

FAQs

Q1. What color is Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue Car Wrap?

Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue Car Wrap is a deep metallic blue vinyl car wrap with navy and light blue blackish undertones. It reflects more of a blue tone in sun, and a darker navy or mid-night shade in the shade or indoors.

Q2. Is Midnight Blue the same as navy blue?

They are alike, but not identical. Navy blue is typically a dark blue shade and Midnight Blue is a darker, more luxurious blue black color. This wrap also provides depth and gloss reflection to the wrap.

Q3. Does this color look black at night?

Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue will appear dark, even blue-black, in low light or shade. The metallic blue shimmers under direct light to give the color more depth than an average black wrap.

Q4. Can beginners install this wrap themselves?

This wrap is easy to install on flat panels like hoods, roofs, doors, trunks and fenders. Bumpers, mirrors, deep curves and tight edges are a different challenge and demand more skill and patience. First-time wrappers should order additional items for practice/rework.

Q5. What vehicles look best with Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue?

The colour is particularly suited to luxury sedans, sports cars, sports utility vehicles (SUVs), coupés, executive cars and clean daily builds. Complements chrome trim, black wheels, silver wheels, carbon fiber accents and dark window tint.

Q6. Is Midnight Blue a good color for daily driving?

Yes. Midnight Blue is a great everyday wear color as it appears high end but not too aggressive. It's easier to put on than bright blue, chrome blue or color-shift blue and will still provide a custom look to your vehicle.

Q7. Is Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue better than gloss black?

It depends on the style you'd like. Gloss black is classic and aggressive, while Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue is more refined, with metallic depth. It's more suitable for those drivers who prefer a dark luxury appearance with color and dimension.

Is Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue Car Wrap Right for You?

Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue Car Wrap is a good option for drivers who prefer a dark blue sheet with a premium, refined and powerful appearance. The high gloss metallic finish provides nice navy blue depth in sunlight and more subdued depth in shade, making it a great choice for luxury sedans, sports, SUVs, coupes and daily builds.

This color does not appear as dull as a gloss black. It is more toned down than bright blue and more comfortable to wear on a daily basis. RAXTI FY Gloss Metallic Midnight Blue Car Wrap is a practical, elegant, modern and performance inspired vinyl wrap that doesn't look too flashy.

Structure

Our wrap films consist of 4 layers designed to ensure exceptional performance:

The first layer serves as a protective barrier for the underlying vinyl.

Directly beneath, you'll find high-grade polymeric vinyl fortified with pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive.

Finally, a layer of top-tier 130um plastic liner adds an extra level of quality to our wrap films. This plastic liner ensures a smoother, super glossy, and lustrous finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Installation

Is RAXTiFY vinyl easy to install?

RAXTiFY vinyl wraps are made in line with professional uses.Others such as high-gloss, metallic, or glitter series are stiffer than the traditional wraps because of surface coating technology.Although the flat panels can be easily installed by the hands of skilled DIY users, it is highly advised that professional installation be done in complex curves and high visibility areas.

Can I apply overlaminate on RAXTiFY vinyl?

Overlamination should be avoided.Other coating layers can have an influence on surface transparency, bonding and durability. The original surface finish of RAXTiFY vinyl is developed to be the last visual coating.

Maintenance & Protection

How should I maintain RAXTiFY vinyl wraps?

  • Wash using pH-neutral car shampoo
  • Use a soft microfiber cloth or touchless wash
  • Pressure washers should remain under 2000 PSI

Cleanse up the contaminants e.g. bird droppings, sap of trees or fuel residues as soon as possible to avoid staining.

Can I use wax or polish on RAXTiFY vinyl?

Vinyl specific spray waxes or sealants are only used; these are mostly used in gloss and metallic finishes.Abrasive polishes, cutting compounds or solvent based chemicals are to be avoided.Any product should always be tested on a small and inconspicuous part of the skin before it can be applied.

Durability & Warranty

How long does RAXTiFY vinyl wrap last?

Wrap lifespan depends on multiple factors, including:

  • Film series and finish
  • Installation quality
  • Environmental exposure
  • Maintenance habits

Although RAXTiFY films are designed to give non-textured finishes to the vehicle, the end result could depend on the painted state of the vehicle in the first place. The scratches, dents, rust, bubbles or orange peel that may be present before installation may be left and are not regarded as film defect.

Will removing RAXTiFY vinyl damage my paint?

RAXTiFY vinyl wraps should not harm factory paint when used on OEM paint that is in fine condition and removed without causing damage to the paint.

Does storage affect wrap lifespan?

Parking in interior parts or shaded parking areas mean a lot of less exposure to UV and environmental pressure. In case of an indoor storage, a breathable car cover will be recommended, as it will be helpful to maintain the quality of the finish and increase the wrap lifespan.
