NOTE:

1. Top Protective film is included only on full rolls (59ft) of gloss vinyls.

For smaller, pre-cut pieces of glossy vinyl, the protective film is removed before shipping to ensure a smooth surface without air bubbles or creases. This does not affect the quality of the vinyl.

All matte/ satin vinyl wraps do not have a protective film, as their surface is naturally resistant to minor scratches and does not require additional protection.

59ft = full roll
69ft = full roll + 10ft pre-cut
75ft = full roll + 16ft pre-cut

2. Products ordered separately may have slight color variations due to different color lots.

3. Use a bubble remover/defoamer on the surface before applying for best results.

4. CAUTION! The images, colors, and finishes on the screen are approximate. For accuracy, refer to the color book or samples.

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple Wrap on Real Cars

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple can create noticeably different effects depending on the shape of the vehicle. On flatter panels, the deep black base tends to remain more visible, while curved bodywork creates more opportunities for purple highlights and glitter to catch the light. The real vehicle examples below show how the finish changes across different body styles.

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple Vinyl Wrap on Chevrolet

On a Chevrolet, the combination of black and purple gives the vehicle a much deeper appearance than a conventional bright purple wrap. Darker areas remain close to black, while exposed panels reveal stronger purple reflections as the lighting changes. The glitter adds another layer of detail when viewed in direct light.

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple Vinyl Wrap on Infiniti

The smooth curves and flowing body lines of an Infiniti work well with a color-shifting finish. Purple highlights become more visible along curved panels and body contours, while other areas retain the dark black base. This contrast helps make the transition between the two colors easier to see from different angles.

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple Vinyl Wrap on Toyota

On a Toyota, this finish provides a dark overall look without behaving like a conventional solid black wrap. Under softer lighting it remains understated, while sunlight reveals more of the purple shift and glitter across the exterior. The changing finish gives the vehicle a different appearance as lighting conditions change throughout the day.

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple Vinyl Wrap on Corvette

The Corvette is one of the strongest examples of this wrap because its low profile and pronounced curves give the color shift plenty of surfaces to work with. The body can appear deep black-purple from one angle, while direct light brings out stronger purple tones and visible glitter across the fenders and quarter panels. The result emphasizes the Corvette's sculpted bodywork while keeping the overall finish dark and aggressive.

What Does Color Shift Glitter Black Purple Vinyl Wrap Look Like?

This black purple color shift wrap has a dark, dramatic appearance that changes depending on the surrounding light. Rather than showing one fixed shade, the surface moves between deep black and vivid purple, while fine glitter adds extra depth when light hits the film. The effect is especially noticeable across curved body panels and while the vehicle is moving.

Deep Black Base With Purple Shift

In shade, at night, or under softer lighting, the wrap appears predominantly deep black with a subtle purple undertone. As the viewing angle changes or stronger light reaches the surface, the purple becomes increasingly visible.

This black-to-purple transition gives the vehicle a darker appearance from some angles and a much brighter purple character from others. It is a good option for drivers who like black wraps but want more visual variation than a conventional solid black finish.

Glitter Effect in Sunlight

Direct sunlight brings out another part of this finish: the glitter. Fine sparkling particles become more visible across the surface while the purple shift grows stronger, adding depth without turning the wrap into a mirror-like chrome finish.

The effect is most noticeable on fenders, doors, quarter panels, and other curved areas where light reflects from different angles. As you walk around the vehicle, the balance between black, purple, and glitter changes continuously.

Why Choose This Black Purple Color Shift Wrap?

Color Shift Glitter Black Purple is designed for drivers who want several visual effects in one finish. It combines the dark character of a black wrap, the stronger personality of purple, and a glitter effect that becomes more noticeable under direct lighting.

Compared with a standard solid-color wrap, its appearance changes considerably with the environment, making it particularly suitable for full vehicle wraps where the color shift can flow across multiple body panels.

Color-Shifting Glitter Finish

The defining feature of this wrap is the combination of black-to-purple color shift and fine glitter. Under low light, black remains dominant. Under brighter and more directional light, purple reflections and sparkling details become much easier to see.

Because the finish responds to both light and viewing angle, the same vehicle can look noticeably different depending on where it is parked, the time of day, and the angle from which it is viewed.

Polymeric Vinyl and Air-Release Adhesive

This wrap uses polymeric calendered vinyl designed for automotive applications. Its pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive includes air-release channels that help trapped air escape during installation and allow the film to be positioned more accurately across vehicle panels.

The film is directional, so installers should keep panel orientation consistent to maintain an even color-shift effect across the vehicle. Glitter and color-shift films can also feel firmer than standard vinyl, so careful heat control and proper post-heating are important around curves, recesses, edges, and overlaps.

    Things You Should Know

    Structure

Our wrap films consist of 4 layers designed to ensure exceptional performance:

The first layer serves as a protective barrier for the underlying vinyl.

Directly beneath, you'll find high-grade polymeric vinyl fortified with pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive.

Finally, a layer of 130um release plastic liner adds an extra level of quality to our wrap films. This plastic liner ensures a smoother, super glossy, and lustrous finish.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Is RAXTiFY vinyl easy to install?

RAXTiFY vinyl wrap is designed with air release channels to help reduce bubbles during installation, making it suitable for both professional installers and experienced DIY users.

However, installation difficulty may vary depending on the vehicle shape, surface condition, film finish, and installer experience. Full vehicle wraps, deep curves, bumpers, mirrors, chrome finishes, carbon fiber films, and other specialty finishes may require professional installation for the best result.

Can I order a sample before buying a full roll?

Yes. We recommend ordering a Small Size Sample before purchasing a full roll, especially if you are comparing colors or finishes.

Vinyl wrap color can look different under sunlight, shade, indoor lighting, camera settings, screen display, and different vehicle body lines. A sample helps you check the real color, finish, and texture before starting your wrap project.

Does this vinyl wrap come with a warranty?

Most RAXTiFY vinyl wraps come with a 2-year limited warranty against confirmed product-related defects.

This warranty does not cover improper installation, overheating, overstretching, scratches, accidents, harsh chemicals, normal wear and tear, environmental damage, paint damage during removal, or issues caused by poor surface condition.

Some specialty finishes, including chrome and 3D/5D/6D carbon fiber vinyl wraps, may not be eligible for the standard 2-year limited warranty.

For full details, please read our RAXTiFY Warranty Policy.

How long does this vinyl wrap last?

RAXTiFY vinyl wrap is designed to last approximately 2–3 years with proper installation and regular care.

Actual lifespan may vary depending on the film series, finish, climate, UV exposure, parking conditions, washing habits, and overall vehicle surface condition. Vehicles parked indoors or in shaded areas may help maintain the wrap’s appearance for longer.

How do I care for this vinyl wrap?

For best results, hand wash the wrapped vehicle with clean water, pH-neutral soap, and a soft microfiber mitt or sponge. Dry the surface with a clean microfiber towel after washing.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, automatic car washes, polishing compounds, fuel spills, and high-pressure washing directly on film edges. Long-term exposure to intense sunlight, heat, rain, snow, dust, and pollution may affect the finish over time.

Can I remove this vinyl wrap later?

Yes. RAXTiFY vinyl wrap can be removed later when it is properly heated and removed with care.

Our vinyl wrap is designed to be removable without damaging factory OEM paint that is in good condition. For the safest result, we recommend professional removal, especially for full vehicle wraps, older installations, or vehicles with unknown paint history.

Please note that paint condition matters. Repainted surfaces, peeling clear coat, rust, dents, scratches, weak paint, or improper removal may increase the risk of paint damage.
